Japanese War Brides Exhibition

Designed the exhibition Japanese War Brides: Across a Wide Divide for the Smithsonian Traveling Exhibition Service (SITES), creating a visual and interpretive framework for the personal stories of Japanese women who immigrated to the United States after World War II as wives of American servicemen. The exhibition design brings together historic photography, personal narratives, archival materials, and interpretive text in an accessible and cohesive experience, balancing the intimacy of individual stories with broader themes of immigration, identity, family, culture, and belonging.
